We will keep the transaction on hold, test & grade the device(s) in detail within one day and provide extensive reports to the buyer. If the products are as advertised in the listing, we will ship them to the buyer, otherwise the buyer can choose to (a) reconsider the price with the seller, (b) have the device repaired to optimal condition on seller’s expense, or (c) return the products to the seller.
